Discussion

Lancashireman Oct 31, 2011:
prefix + zu + verb stem + -ende Passive construction (i.e. things to be done). Cannot be used with an intransitive verb such as 'eintreffen' (= to arrive).
Andrew Bramhall Oct 31, 2011:
Isn't it more likely to be 'noch einzutreffende' ( bills as yet not arrived) ?
philgoddard Oct 31, 2011:
Lorna As is so often the case, you haven't given us enough context. You need to make a bit more effort with your questions if we're going to make the effort to answer them.

Nevertheless, at the most only (still) incoming bills remain..

subject to conditions/reserved ? As has already been stated, more context would make it easier to decide.

The bank reserves the right to confirm any invoices that may nevertheless be received

Allenfalls is a synonym of gegebenenfalls, which may be translated as (if) any. I consider the "that may be" to cover the "if" part of "if any". From the limited context. The Bank is the subject here, particularly if you are using Bank as the subject of other sentences in the text. I used "right to confirm" since that is the verb used in the previous sentence. Maybe another verb is more appropriate.
I give a low confidence rating as this is really a stab in the dark.
