تجييش سيرة لأي حد means don't tell any one. But if you say ما تجييش سيرة الشخص ده means don't even mention the name of this person.
لا تجيب سيرة
لا تجيبش سيرة
but not ما تجبش سيرة
which is apparently Egyptian.
I would translate this as "Never mention it" as this is usually used after telling secret or confidential info.
