I think it means "Insalata mista".
The ingredients include insalatina mista di stagione, pomodorini, ricotta di pecora, parmigiano reggiano, pistacchi, sesamo nero.

I think it can refer to mixed anything - mixed types of grass, for example, or mixed herb leaves in a salad. But given the ingredients, I would stick with mixed salad.

Apparently "misticanza" can also refer to wild salad leaves - dandelion, sorrel - mixed with other herbs.
