how should I call the agreement on donation of funds to education institution?
If that will be Donation agreement then how should I call the Parties to the agreement? Are they Donor and Recipient
Otherwise. Maybe it could be titled Charity Agreement
If this is the case, how should I call the parties?

: Donor-Donee (Beneficiary) ok, Transferor-Transferee - не нужно, т.к. transfer не обязательно предполагает безвозмездную передачу.
