All information will be provided on the penultimate day of the month.
All informaiton will be provided on the next to the last day of the month.
Internet was checked, of course. Few entries for penultimate day of the month and few entries for next to the last day of the month. Am I missing something? Is there a completely way of saying it?
TIA.

penultimate day
I always thought "penultimate day" would be the word to use. True, there are "only" 38 Google hits for "penultimate day of the month", but there are 132,000 Google hits for "penultimate day" (full stop). I think it's the most elegant way of expressing it.

Comment: "Thanks to all of you. I've decided to use PENULTIMATE DAY, regardless of the audience. Acredito que o público em questão, apesar de americano, entenderá a palavra. I hope so!!!!"

second-last day of the month; last day but one of the month
These are two other possibilöities, but don't rely too heavily on google when you get an expression like this - I speak as an ENS, and I think in your context, your first entry is the more likely to have favour.

I don't think you can go wrong with penultimate.
If you google for 'penultimate day of the' you will find that this expression is used widely to indicate the last day but one of various time periods.
