: unfortunately your wild guess about the meaning of "T1" and "T2" is wrong. Use of "T" followed by a number is a well-established convention denoting the number of main rooms in an apartment.

AllegroTrans
: No, this means rent+charges combined, which you added 2 hours later, and you have completely misunderstood T1 and T2

: Your explanation doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but your answer is perfectly valid. The rent is inclusive of charges.

"Independent Living Lease Fees (heading)
King’sBridge offers you the opportunity..."
The more or less literal translation of the term is "lease fee" or "lease fees".
The obvious and less formal solution is "rent and associated expenses", but that doesn't fit in the context, unless you want to rewrite the text a little, which you're allowed to do, of course.
Thank you for your help. I was after redevance locative (sing.), see first line in the link provided. Not sure if this affects your answer. |

Thanks José, but "leasing" doesn't sound idiomatic to me, not in UK and Ireland English, anyway.

rental/lease payments and charges
even then, it can remain unclear to an English person renting in France as other charges like taxe habitation and sometimes "la taxe d'enlèvement des ordures ménagères" are often not included (the first is paid directly by the tenant to the tax office and the second one is often added on to the "charges" by the landlord
We can only do so much when translating a few words but we should at least make the basics clear
rental scheme rate
I'm unsure the share of expenses or 'apportioned' service charges need to be spelt out as the T for Tarif, hum, hum, would depend on what scheme or package > 'forfait' is on offer.
UK The price of the service charge and what it covers varies from scheme to scheme, but it typically includes contributions towards communal repairs and cleaning, grounds maintenance, servicing and maintaining any lifts and security system....
UK : Sheltered housing These follow typical monthly rent prices, so can cost anywhere from £300 to £700 per month, depending on the area you live in. They’ll be further charges for support, which can start from £90 per month upwards.
