Un personero debe INCIDIR en diversas instituciones locales, nacionales... para que estas mejoren, cambien, etc.

En sí se trata de que tiene que influir en las instituciones de una cierta región perteneciendo a una entidad extranjera de ayuda, lo que necesito es una palabra "para influir" "cambiar" que suene políticamente correcta, que no levante alguna sensibilidad ú ofenda en alguna forma a autoridades locales, a otras instituciones etc.

Ayuda, por favor :)

there are many ways to accomplish what I think you are looking for:
push, prod, press, press upon, stay on top of, gently prod, impose upon, challenge, urge, confront (not too polit.corrct.), actively encourage, intervene upon (I think I made that one up), help along, put a fire under ...

okay, I don't have my thesaurus - I'll be back if I think of any more - there are millions.

Personally, I like 'press,' 'stay on top of,' and 'gently prod.'
