Currently managing the entire LMS at North America (includes Zurich North America and Farmers). Main Help Point resource for the Business Training Administrators. Instrumental in creating and writing RFP's to review and select a global LMS vendor for Zurich. Assigned to a global team based in Zurich, Switzerland, to work on the global LMS system design. Named Application Champion to promote LMS throughout the enterprise, which included creating and coaching BU teams of experts, creation of support escalation process, creating testing teams and supervising their performance, as well as writing a local governance proposal. In 2008, almost single-handedly managed the entire implementation project for ZNA and led it to a successful on-time and within budget go-live and completion. Other major projects: GEMS (Global Employee Management System), training strategy/design for Finance and Procurement (blueprint for a global project). Consultant for Center of Expertise (CoE), Underwriting learning strategy. Actively championing Knowledge Management at CoE. Other responsibilities: eLearning Consultant, Performance Consultant, VRM and CRM consultant, as well as the lead resource for Change Management and Learning supporting the eProcurement (Ariba) team. Participated in creating Leadership Development plans (personal assessment, coaching for choosing appropriate leadership styles; enhancing interpersonal communications; building a positive work environment) as well as the talent retention initiative for the Associate Program in 2006. Led creating and implementing stakeholders’ analysis, usability assessments, audience and training analyses and evaluations. Designed Change Management activities (stakeholder analysis, communication, training strategy and design) for the global eProcurement implementation (Ariba) as well as for the enterprise R/3 SAP upgrade, Canada SAP and WTP, and Billing Services projects.
